Summary/Abstract: In the interpretation of George Cosbuc's poem, over time, many reading formulas, some of them contrasting, have been launched in literary criticism. This study analyzes them, highlighting the essential elements that are part of our ethnic specificity, whereby Cosbuc remains a current poet for an extensive group of readers.
