Summary/Abstract: In the paper the authors proposes to scientific public a basic structure of criminal characteristic of a criminal offence, which represents an important mean of cognition in coherence with their opinions. A criminally-police cognition is an elementary part of police cognition. In coherence with a valid legislation, it represents a systematic conduction of criminal intelligence, operative and searching activity, and investigation during cognition of crimes.
