Summary/Abstract: The article examines the legal framework of one of the main powers of the National Assembly, provided for in Art. 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria – the implementation of parliamentary control. The paper also analyzes its various manifestations, their nature, and the objects they are directed to. In addition, it elaborates on the need for more transparency in the implementation of the nationwide representative institution’s control function.
