Summary/Abstract: Performance and efficiency are the two most fundamental factors for all companies around the world. It is also very important to determine the performance measurement criteria objectively in the measurement and evaluation of performance. In this study, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method was used to evaluate firm performance. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is a multi-criteria decision-making method, was used to determine the weight of performance measurement criteria. The performance of a company operating in the metal plating sector in Izmir for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 was evaluated with BSC. The importance levels of BSC's financial dimension, customer dimension, internal processes dimension and learning and development dimensions in performance evaluation were measured with AHP. The performance evaluation of the company for the determined years was obtained.
