Summary/Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the sensitivity of primary school teachers towards cultural values. The sample of this study, which was carried out with the survey model, was determined by a simple random sampling technique. The sample of the study consists of 261 primary school teachers who accepted to participate in the study voluntarily and work in Yozgat. The data were collected through the “Culturally Sensitive Teacher Scale” developed by Karataş (2020) and analyzed with the SPSS statistical program. As a result of the study, the item with the highest score in the sensitivity of primary school teachers towards cultural values was “Discrimination against my students because of their cultural characteristics bothers me.” conclusion has been reached. It was found that the primary school teachers' sensitivity towards cultural values was at the level of agreement. In addition, it was found that the sensitivity of primary school teachers towards cultural values did not differ significantly according to gender and educational status. It has been concluded that there is a significant difference in the pedagogical sub-dimension and the sensitivity of the teachers towards cultural values according to their professional seniority, but there is no significant difference in the awareness and sensitivity sub-dimensions.
