Parental alienation as a social problem from the point of view of the law

Summary/Abstract: A child to raise the parents of both parents. Unfortunately divorce has becomemore and more common nowadays, and hence, establishing contacts in the matterof child, childcare. Often in such cases disputes arise between the parties.Children are usually silent witnesses to the whole situation through whichtheir psyche suffers. There is parental alienation. If the parents are unable tocommunicate on this level by themselves, the law and all regulations, whichin principle constitute a remedy, come to the rescue.
