Summary/Abstract: Managerial tools, represented by management methods and techniques are a complex set of managerial elements that have the role of amplifying the functionality, competitiveness of organizations, in the current context of crisis, coronavirus crisis. The managerial tools are meant to contribute to the conception and exercise of the functions but also of the managerial relations of the companies. The paper describes the current situation of coronavirus crisis, which affects the lives of people and companies and presents the main methods and management techniques that can help affected organizations to overcome this crisis that seems to never end.
