Changes of local authorities property management systems after the year 2000

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is the analysis of local authorities’ housing management in years 2001–2009. The research problem was formulated as follows: what are the local authorities property management systems and how did they change in the years 2001–2009. The first part of the article presents different local authorities property management systems, describing advantages and disadvantages of various solutions. The second part presents the analysis of legal and organizational forms of businesses managing local authorities properties in the years 2001–2009.
