Local technical infrastructure and development of housing construction – the adjoining area of town and rural municipality

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is the presentation of the housing construction and local technical infrastructure development in suburban municipalities. The results of the study confirm formulated hypothesis that there are large disparities between the development of housing construction and supply in local technical infrastructure on the suburban areas. The consequence of underdevelopment of sewers and roads are negative externalities for inhabitants, environment and spatial order.
