Summary/Abstract: Proposed universal intelligent teller/counter device is described in the paper. Structure, used elements and possibilities of the device are described. It is also proposed and described way for obtaining secure identification and authentication of users, what is very important in many applications of such devices. One example of practical application of the devices and secure user identification and authentication in process of automated generation and issuing of standard type documents and contracts is proposed and described. Legal and ethical aspects, questions and challenges of application of such devices and way of user identification and authentication are also considered and described..
