Summary/Abstract: In the spring of 2006 the Central Archive of the Protestant Church C.A. in Romania published its second volume of the row "Miscellanea ecclesiastica" under the title: “The Church Registers Allow to Speak”. The volume encompassed an order from 1758/59 of the church life in Ghimbav. At that time the publishers supposed that the order would be no isolated instance, but variations of it are conceivable in other municipalities. In November the Central Archive has taken over the local archive from Râşnov. The archivists were pleased to find out that there exists a variation in Râşnov but little bit older (it started in 1753 and was continued from 1754 to 1755). Because the Râşnov order partially shows the handwriting of the Dean Peter Cloos who served from 1753 to 1757 as a priest in Râşnov, it is easy to suppose that this order could have served as a model for the order in Ghimbav and for possible other orders yet unknown..
