Summary/Abstract: This paper presents theoretical considerations about understanding the law as a social fact. Paper refers to philosophical problems about social reception of the entire law system. Proposed concept of law as a social fact is based on the J. Searle philosophy abd chosen concepts of the philosophy of law. Paper also refers to other social studies, mainly psychology.
