Summary/Abstract: From the perspective of shifting and globalizing conditions, the development of human resources in modern businesses goes through significant evolution. It is focused on innovative and realistically oriented actions with the primary objective of adaptation to the changing environment. The primary driving force behind the changes was the realization that improvements in organizational performance are positively associated with human factors, therefore with the practices of pay and hiring, selection, performance management, talent management, motivational policy, and other aspects of personnel management.Contrarily, the idea of "parallel thinking" is a relatively new method for interpreting and processing data and coming to wise judgments. This method avoids argument, in contrast to traditional discussions where participants first announce their preferred positions then attempt to defend their theses. Here, decisions are made using the cartographic technique, in which all viewpoints, alternative suggestions, criticisms, and emotional ideas are openly expressed and plotted on a shared plan. This method allows for the free expression of all opinions and viewpoints.
