Summary/Abstract: The process of development of children and young people is especially sensitive in relation topossible negative influences, the elements of their biological, physiological and social status. The sensitivenessis manifested in the enlargement trough the biological maturation, the development of personality andinvolvement in social community. During these process the child is no longer seen as passive recipient ofinfluences – the knowledge and experience of the adults, but as a person that with own needs, interests anddeveloping responsibilities participates in environment and it is able to change it.
