Summary/Abstract: Following suggestions provided by several disciplines (amongst whom the history and theory of literature, the philosophy and morphology of culture, the anthropology of the imaginary, the hermeneutics and the analysis of symbolic forms), the subsequent paper tries to evaluate the complex ways through which three essentially extraliterary elements (History, Eros and Alterity) are converted to fictional and naratorial devices in Radu Tudoran’s “bessarabian proses”.
