Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we have proceeded to the brief examination of the offense provided for in art./ 3461 of the Criminal Code, recently introduced in the Romanian criminal law. In the course of the examination, I had in mind the presentation of the European legal instruments that imposed this criminalization, the pre-existing elements, the objective and subjective side, the forms, the ways of committing as well as some procedural aspects. The work can be useful to students of specialized faculties in the country, as well as to practitioners in the field of criminal law.
