Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the main, according to the author, differences between judicial review and prosecution supervision in the criminal proceedings in Republic of Bulgaria. Attention is drawn to the general aims of judicial review and prosecution supervision in the criminal proceedings in our country - protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of citizens.
