Summary/Abstract: Due to its historical precedence and its highly functional role in human interaction, language occupies the most important place among the means of communication used. It encompasses all the signs and signals that interfere with information processing, the transmission of intentions, or the expression of attitudes, and form within the configured spoken language as a reflection of the historical and social reality, unique to the entire community. In the fundamental procurement cycle, the ability to receive and express an oral message refers to: correct expression, correct formulation of questions and answers, clear and logical exposition of a chance or information, expression of causal relationships, grammatical agreements, identification text / author / characters, storytelling of the text of a text, describing images, participating in individual and collective activities, expressing one's own opinion, using verbal politeness as well as initiating, maintaining and ending a dialogue. The integrative approach that the didactic of the Romanian language proposes in the design of the teaching-learning strategies in order to achieve these competences is the communicative-functional model, a flexible model that focuses the pupil on the point of convergence of all elements of the educational process. According to this model, the pupil must not only have literary culture, but must learn to present and to present, to ask and to provide information, to express opinions and to argue, to demonstrate that he knows and uses what he knows. According to the classical structure, the curriculum prescribes proposals for learning activities that systematically support the development of vocabulary, conscious reading and connection with other disciplines, the new trend of primary education, being the integrated and mobilizing approach of the educational act, from the incipient stage of planning to the designing learning sequences and classroom deployment.
