Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje pateikiama vadybinės kompetencijos samprata, jos įvertinimo ir taikymo galimybės mokymo procese. Formuluojami vadybinės kompetencijos nustatymo kriterijai bei siūloma metodika skirta neformaliu ir savaiminiu būdu įgytų vadybinių kompetencijų įvertinimui. The article provides the concept of managerial competence, the possibilities to form and assess it in the teaching process. The authors enunciate criteria for the evaluation of managerial competence and propose the model for the assessment of managerial competences acquired by non-formal and informal learning.
