Controversies regarding the fiscal measures provided in the “Educated Romania” projects. Legislative parallelism or complementarity?

Summary/Abstract: In the context of the debate on education reform, a series of new fiscal facilities are proposed to support private economic operators who want to invest in the training of pupils and students. Thus, this paper aims to analyse the fiscal measures proposed in the new draft laws of pre-university and higher education and to assess the potential risks that such regulation may generate.
