Summary/Abstract: In the present demarche, the objective of the analysis was represented by the evolution and transformation of the contexts of interventions and care in the lives of people with psychotic disorders, using the intervention design of the multimodal social project "For a better life of people with psychotic disorders in remission". It was concluded on the dimensions of analysis: identification of the intervention objectives of the social project; establishing the supporting elements for the implementation of the project; identifying the characteristics of the project, as well as the forms of multimodal intervention. The landmark of the analysis was outlined by a psychosocial diagnosis applied to 20 people with psychotic disorders in remission from Caraş-Severin County (Resita). Research methods used: document analysis, case study and qualitative longitudinal research, which aimed to increase the reintegration capacity of people with psychotic disorders. Confronting these concepts allows the adjustment of interventions, depending on the specific elements encountered and the complexity of the problems to be faced and solved, outlining the evolution and transformation of the contexts of interventions and care.
