Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the motivation action in the context of managerial processes in educational institutions. Decision-making is very important in managerial processes and is directly related to the action of motivation. Decisional decision-making in the managerial framework is the process of choosing one of several options that lead to an action. According to this definition; in cases where there is only one option and one of the options is clearly known to be the most rational, there is no need for a mental process such as making a decision. In the context of managerial processes, the hierarchy of needs theory developed by Maslow comes across as the theory of satisfactory motivation. Because the factors that create satisfaction or dissatisfaction that directly affect motivation are controlled by the higher authorities, especially managers. Maslow, in his theory, says that if physiological needs are relatively satisfied, a new set of needs arises, which we call the need for security. If both the psychological and security needs are well satisfied, the needs for love, influence and belonging will arise, and this is the defined cycle, that is, it will repeat itself in the center. And finally, with the satisfaction of the need for respect, the individual will be able to achieve self-realization.
