Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the managerial processes in educational institutions within the framework of multidimensional interaction. In the context of multidimensional interaction, the theories of Maslow, Mc Gregor and Herzberg approach motivation from different angles. But when the theories are compared, it can be seen that they emphasize similar relationships. Maslow believes that high-level needs, which are rarely satisfied, are the factors that motivate employees. Herzberg considers satisfaction providers as motivators after hygiene factors neutralize the factors that lead to satiety. Mc Gregor's theory ”y" can be compared with both Maslow's and Herzberg's theories. the ”y" theory assumes that the employee is respectable and wants to satisfy his self-realization needs. According to the theory, a person wants responsibility, tries self-direction and control. The employee is creative and imaginative. Maslow's highlevel needs and Herzberg's motivating factors make the same predictions. For this reason, managers, especially those working in educational institutions, can choose either the motivating factors of high-level needs or the assumptions of the “y” theory to motivate their educational staff. Multidimensional interaction does not directly contribute positively to the self-realization of the managed. However, this statement does not mean that multidimensional interaction negatively affects the individual's self-realization. Multidimensional interaction positively contributes to the realization of positive relationships with colleagues of the manager.
