Summary/Abstract: We see that the Turks have continued their adornment curiosity, which we have followed since Central Asia, by increasing it in the Anatolian lands. In this study, the peshkirs, which include embroidery samples, which are among the rich varieties of traditional handicrafts, were examined. There are very valuable examples of processing, which were born out of necessity but have been given different meanings over time. Peshkir is the glorious representative of today's napkin in the past. So much so that they are embroidered fabrics that create admiration for those sitting at the table and are hesitant to wipe their mouths. They are elegant cloths created with several colored threads on a fabric. Sivas continues to carry the traces of its deep-rooted cultural past. It has the capacity to create dozens of museums with the presence of handicrafts. The peshkirs here are currently waiting for the day they will be exhibited in the warehouses of the Sivas Archeology Museum. It is aimed to show and introduce the peshkirs waiting in the warehouses to today's people, as an ethnography museum has not yet been built while it was exhibited in the past. For this reason, peshkirs were examined and fabric types, sizes, embroidery techniques, color, motif and pattern compositions were determined. Motifs were drawn and made ready for later use.
