The effects of the influence on the development, training, emotions and behavior of these children in a specially organized multy-sensory environment are explored. The article provides an overview of sensory based interventions, among which the most important consideration is the sensory room as a physical space to overcome sensory-integrative dysfunction. The theory of sensorimotor integration is presented and different variants of disabiliies are described. The age criterion for effective utilization of multi-sensory space is derived.
