Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of the author’s strategies on the example of Belarusian and Italian women's poetry of the interwar period, in particular, Belarusian poetesses Natallia Arsiennieva, Jaughenia Pflaumbaum and Italian poetess Antonia Pozzi. There are several common themes in their works11: beauty /magnificence, creativity/ of the poetry, nature and its close connection with the emotional state of the lyrical character, as well as distancing from social motives. The article examines how the authorial strategies of poetesses changed during this period.
