Summary/Abstract: Nae Tudorică’s testimony, a member of the Legionary Movement in 1932, is interesting for the study ofCarol IPs regime and legionary activities. Without drawing a comparison between the two types of detention, during the Carlist and communist regimes, Nae Tudorică’s life followed its course in Carlist prisons in 1933, 1934 and 1938 and the communist ones between 1949 and 1955. Sentenced to 2 years in prison in March 1949, he served 6 years in Suceava, Aiud, Văcărești, Jilava, Ocnele Mari, Gherla. This testimony presents the two detention periods during the Carlist regime.
