Summary/Abstract: Highschool student Gheorghe Tătărășanu of “Dimitrie Cantemir” Military Highschool in Breaza wrote dozens of poems expressing revolt against forced collectivisation. The exposure of his drafts brought about his arrest and the charge of “conspiracy against the social order”, the 20 year-old defendant being subjected to prolonged interrogations. The case resulted in the young man being sentenced to 5 years in prison.
