Summary/Abstract: The coronavirus pandemic covid-19 has caused major disruptions in the economy. The- se disruptions are affecting businesses in various ways, and many are struggling finan- cially. The covid-19 crisis has also revealed significant vulnerabilities in companies’ ope- rations and supply chains related to working conditions and disaster preparedness. The following study describes the implications for companies of the pandemic and their impact on the current and future activities of the economy and including the operation of companies under the new circumstances.
