Summary/Abstract: As it seems henceforth established that the dual Berezan-Olbia was spared by the general upheaval which struck the whole North-Pontic area at the beginning of the 5th century BC118, the chronological implications for the Hermitage collection of lamps from Berezan now invite to reconsider their assumed confinement to the Archaic period alone, apart from two obvious Roman intrusions.
