Summary/Abstract: Educational activities and science are included in a qualitative development resource in any society that cares for the prosperity of those who make it up. Only in neglected societies do we encounter the treatment of science and educational activity as "social ballast" of that Bosnia-Herzegovina specificity. In multilateral societies, such as the one in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is extremely important that, in the educational component of the education system, appropriate sensibility towards this multilateralism is manifested, especially among young people. This paper analyzes the specifics of Bosnia and Herzegovina's multilateralism, which has been accumulated in this area for centuries, and which could be used as a comparative advantage in the development of this society. On the other hand, we are witnessing anti-civilizational destruction and abuse by certain centers of power, including educational activities, not only during the previous war but also through the post-war transition of this society, which is "justified" by the nature of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
