Summary/Abstract: Creating and developing an organizational culture adequate for the implementing and operationalization of the CI process within an organization, constitutes one of the success key factors for initiating such a step. Through this study, we have attempted to identify the content elements of an organizational culture permeable to the implementation and operationalization of the CI process.
