Summary/Abstract: In modern society, occupational stress is one of the most important factors influencing health, quality of life and professional performance. The objective of the study is to analyze the influence of occupational stress generated by organizational changes on the feelings associated with the workplace. The following hypotheses have been advanced to achieve the objectives: 1. There is a statistically significant association between occupational stress arising from organisational changes and overall workplace satisfaction of Employees in SMEs. 2. There is a statistically significant association between occupational stress arising from organisational changes and organisational engagement of Employees in SMEs
