Summary/Abstract: The discussion of this paper starts from the fact that the activity of an economic entity is affected by the public system through the operations of declaration and payment of obligations. The problem deepens when the frequent legislative changes affect the economic-financial indicators by increasing the expenses incurred by these economic entities with the fulfillment of fiscal obligations. At the same time, the need to call on specialists in the financial-fiscal field or the permanent training of the employed staff, in order for the entity to be able to comply with the new legislative conditions, increases the general administration costs of any economic entity
