Summary/Abstract: Pandemic COVID-19 has exposed weaknesses in the traditional outsourcing model. The new direction of organizations in this ”new normal ” has to change their outsourcing arrangements into the future. Key learnings from the pandemic are likely to shape the way the entire global economy approach to business environment interconnected with social environment. Therefore, while COVID-19 has impacted the entire global economy, organizations that have outsourced core business and operational functions have been particularly exposed.
