Summary/Abstract: Gryf Publications Ltd. was established in 1946 in the milieu of Gen. Władysław Anders to carry out the tasks of the independence emigration and the political purposes of the circle. Gryf achieved a position of one of the most important emigration publishing houses. The unstable financial situation, however, constantly necessitated the search for solutions to ensure the survival of the publishing house.
