Summary/Abstract: This article presents some reflections concerning GD no. 298/2021 for the approval of the preliminary theses of the Code of territorial planning, urbanism and constructions. The analysis regards the most important aspects that will be included in the future Code that will bring together the normative acts already existing in this field.
