European Court of Human Rights decisions on secret surveillance and control procedures

Summary/Abstract: The judgments of the European Court of Human Rights on secret surveillance and control procedures are examined. In the Bulgarian legislation these procedures are regulated in the CRS Act and the EUA.The aim of the brief review of these decisions is to highlight the main guidelines of the court and to define the problem areas in their enforcement.
