Summary/Abstract: The appeal of individual administrative acts (IAA) for development of the territory is regulated by Chapter nineteen, Part five of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT/SDA) – art. 213 through art.219. In Part I the prerequisites for admissibility of the appeal of IAA for development of the territory were examined. The present review deals with the grounds for appeal of IAA.
