Contesting the administrative individual acts for development of the territory

Part I

Summary/Abstract: The appeal of the individual administrative acts /IAA/ for development of the territory is regulated by Chapter nineteen of Part five of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) – art.213 through art.219. In part I of the present article the prerequisites for admissibility of the appeal of IAA for development of the territory are reviewed. The grounds to appeal IAA will be reviewed in detail in part II.
