International comparison of social services systems in European countries - inspiration for modifying the social services system in the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to point out some possible solutions that would be appropriate to reflect on the system of social services in the Czech Republic on the basis of the international comparison of social services systems in selected European countries. It is clear that the different layout of social systems across European countries significantly determines the possibility of reflecting a number of principles that apply to them. The key source of information is therefore to be search especially in Central European countries - especially in Germany, Austria and Slovakia. In these countries, fundamentally similar principles apply to solving individual social situations as in our country.
