Summary/Abstract: On Monday 11 June 2018, for the first time in fifteen years in the Czech Republic, quadruplets were born at the Motol maternity hospital in Prague. Little girls Anežka, Monička, Klárka and baby boy Ondra were born in the 32nd week of pregnancy and weighed from 1400 g to 1620 g. All the children are doing well, and the mother is being cared for by a team of experts. The young family live in an average-sized apartment in Hostivice and, in addition to the quadruplets, have a two-year-old son Vojtíšek.
