Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the issue of electronic communication in public procurement. This issue has not only a legal aspect, but also an organizational and IT aspects. Full electronic communication will reduce costs and simplify public procurement. The article also discusses some of the difficulties connected with electronic communication of public procurement.
