Analýza způsobu sociálního zabezpečení invalidů z mládí
Analysis of the social security of the disabled from youth

Summary/Abstract: The article provides information on social security in selected European countries with regard to long term disabled people whose disability arose before the age of 18 years and who, due to such disability, are unable to earn a working income. It is focused on a specific group of people who fall under the Czech legal definition of "Original Invalidity". It analyses benefits to which such people are entitled abroad (benefits in pay/benefits in kind) and from which part of the social security system are benefits paid (disability pension insurance / state social support / subsistence minimum income).
