Summary/Abstract: On July 9th, 2018, the Administrative Code was passed by the Romanian Parliament and is currently the subject of a constitutional review. Naturally, the new Code contains provisions regarding public services and establishes a general framework for this domain. Given the imminent entry into force of the Administrative Code, this study aims to analyze the main rules concerning the public services, in order to determine the legal consequences of the new bill. The article will focus, therefore, on the rules regarding the establishment and organisation of public services.
