Summary/Abstract: The term „motivation“ presents a combination of factors, methods and processes which ensure that the emergence of incentives (ambitions) to achieve vital objectives. Those aspirations suggest active attitude of the individual associated with the adequate changes in the environment and adequate response to the situations that help or hinder the achievement of objectives and therefore also affect the overall process. Thus the motivation mechanism can be viewed as an ordered set of motifs to achieve the system goals. The final result of the implementation of the system of targets is the motivation of the human factor.
