Summary/Abstract: One of the most important issues facing humanity is the food supplying problem. At any time there are always problems solving social tasks where minimal resources must meet the needs of different social groups. Such products are suitable for donor activities in natural disasters and other emergency situations when a relatively short period of time should be feed the huge masses of people. Besides low price and its nutritional and taste this food must satisfy a number of specific requirements. So far for the above purposes are usually offered unrealized surpluses of food that in one way or another do not meet all requirements. No evidence of particularly food production especially for social and donor activities, which represents a significant manufacturing niche.
