Summary/Abstract: Aggressive behaviour encroaches on the victim personality and dignity, even in many cases endangers its life or health, and aggressive behaviour at schools is a common phenomenon in groups of all ages. This article discusses the aggressive behaviour at schools and its reasons, by focusing only on behaviour directed to other students and all its forms have not been considered. This article systematizes and summarizes the „Territorial Police“ practical experience raised as a result of the interaction between staff and school management, as well as together with the inspector „Children’s Pedagogical Room“ to deal with the school aggression. It is especially important to prevent aggressive behaviour at schools with a predominant gypsy minority or fully occupied by the gypsy ethnic group, due to the probability of mass consequences.
