Summary/Abstract: As in the world, so in our country, there is no struggle to shed light on the activities of offshore zones, to reveal the Bulgarian companies that are registered in them and who are their real owners, and there is one. Debtors to the state and society are the bodies that are called to carry out this activity: financial intelligence, prosecution, banking institutions and tax authorities.
