Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to give an account of the remedial conservation treatments which were undertaken on the animal and bird mummies, as well as on mummified human parts from the Egyptian collection of the National Museum of Transylvanian History in Cluj Napoca, while considering the conservation restoration standards (minimum interventions on the object) as well as the objects’ history.
